M4 Greystanes Industrial Park
M4 Greystanes Industrial Park is a 36,200sqm distribution centre for Stockland. The site was serviced with power and an existing sewer main and fibre optic cables crossing the site that all required diversion. The site was designated as SEPP59 Employment Land and involved the development of an Employment Land Precinct Plan in conjunction with Holroyd City Council.
