Following the major floods in Lismore in 2022, the Lismore Central Shopping Centre required a full refurbishment and reinstatement of the existing tenants. Archile undertook the role of Project Manager and Tenancy Coordinator and was responsible for all authority approvals, head contract works and lessor works for tenancy fitouts.
