Dexus is currently constructing a 41,000sqm multi-unit industrial facility over 2 buildings. The facility will include attached offices, bio basins, communal areas, acoustic walls, public artwork facades, carparking and truck hardstand. Archile has managed the SSD from concept design, consultants’ management, authorities’ engagement to SSD approval. Archile have managed the tender, negotiation and contract execution with the D&C Builder.
