Services provided included contract administration and tenancy coordination for the construction of an 18,200sqm warehouse facility, with 1,325sqm offices, suitable for warehousing and distribution. This development provides for a number of industrial units each with loading docks and provision for warehouse dock offices. The Consortium Centre currently occupies over 14,500sqm of warehouse.
