Quarry Industrial Estate: Quarrywest – 7 Dolerite Way
Located in one of Sydney’s premier industrial estates developed by Dexus, this new high grade 27,100sqm warehouse is a temperature-controlled facility. With a warehouse ridge height of 17.6m, it maximises the space for pallet racking under roof. A combination of on-grade access and recessed loading docks, including an all-weather coverage with a 27.7m super-canopy, provides proficient movement of product. Construction was completed by Qanstruct.
